This policy explains what information 99 GAME (99game.store) stores and why. We've built this site to require no account and no signup, and we try to keep data collection to the minimum needed to make the games work well.

Data stored in your browser (localStorage)

The following is saved only in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Favorite games
• Recently played games
• Sound and music volume preferences, and mute settings
• High scores and in-game progress, where a game supports it
• Player names entered for local two-player games

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for 99game.store, or by using your browser's private/incognito mode.

Cookies

We avoid unnecessary cookies. The public-facing site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our admin panel uses a single technical, HTTP-only session cookie purely to keep an administrator logged in — it identifies no visitor and is never set for ordinary visitors browsing or playing games.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are stored so we can read and respond to it. We do not use this information for marketing and do not share it with third parties.

Analytics

At the time of writing, 99 GAME does not run any analytics service. If we add an analytics tool such as Google Analytics in the future to understand overall traffic patterns, this policy will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects before it goes live.

Advertising

99 GAME does not currently display third-party advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe the ad provider and any cookies or tracking technology it uses, in line with applicable law.

Third-party services

We do not currently share visitor data with any third-party service. This section will be updated if that changes.

Children's privacy

99 GAME does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our contact form is intended for general inquiries from visitors old enough to provide their own contact details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes — such as introducing analytics or advertising — will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
